Refund Policy

Every Shredwood piece is handmade. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or replacement. All pieces are unique and will not be an exact 1:1 match of a listings photo. 

To start a return, message us with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the item.
